General

By becoming a registered user, you agree to follow these terms of use. The latest terms of use will always be available on http://sitexploration.com/about/terms.aspx. In case of changes you will be prompted to accept these when logging in to your account. If you choose not to accept, you cannot access your account.

Registration

You may become a registrant of the Sitexploration Services at no cost. As a registrant, you will have access to some, but not all, of the features and services available from Sitexploration. The services will be limited and can be changed without any prior warning and/or notification. In order to access additional features and services, including the ability to use many of our tools, you must become a paying customer. Please go to http://sitexploration.com/pricing.aspx.

Deletion

You can delete your entire account and registration at any time by going to your account (you must be logged in to access this page). All of your data will be immediately deleted from the Sitexploration services upon deletion. The data you may have collected and stored, cannot be recovered. If you delete your account, and you have a paid subscription, this will be immediately cancelled. If you have deleted your account by mistake it is very important that you immediately contact our support.

Service restrictions and unauthorized use

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, modify, create derivative works, or exploit for any commercial or non-commercial purposes, any part of the Sitexploration services. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Sitexploration services or create another website to falsely imply that it is associated with Sitexploration. You may not copy or reuse source code that is in public view. This includes any and all viewable code. The code is protected by Sitexploration copyright. You shall not transmit any code of a destructive nature. You agree not to access the Sitexploration service in other than through the interface that is provided by Sitexploration.

Jurisdiction

If there is any dispute arising out of the use of Sitexploration, our site and/or our services, you agree that any such dispute shall be governed by the laws of Denmark.
