Subscription terms

General
By ordering a subscription to Sitexploration, you agree to pay Sitexploration ApS
the subscription fee as specified on
http://sitexploration.com/pricing.aspx. The subscription period varies according
to the plan you sign up for. Prices and plans can be changed with a 30 day notification.
This will be announced on our site and by e-mail.
Customers
To get access to Sitexploration, as a paying customer, you have to register as a
company.
Pricing, ordering and invoicing
All prices are listed in Euro (€) including, if any, all applicable taxes. Order
confirmation and invoice will be send by e-mail, to the address currently associated
with your Sitexploration account. You can always get access to your account information,
and previous invoices, using your login and password. If you have any problems,

Payment Method
A valid credit card is required to subscribe to Sitexploration and our services.
Sitexploration (Sitexploration ApS) bills you through a secure online account, according
to your purchase. The transaction will be handled through an SSL certificate that
prohibits abuse of your credit card information. Your complete billing information
is not stored on Sitexploration servers. For your protection, our secure payment
gateway partners stores your complete billing information. You agree to pay Sitexploration
for all charges using your billing account information, and you authorize Sitexploration
to charge your chosen credit card.
Billing information
Your credit card details can be updated on your account administration page. If
the validation period is exceeded, the subscription will be cancelled. But our support
will contact you directly BEFORE any data will be deleted.
Subscription
You can subscribe to Sitexploration services through our shop. You will be entitled
to receive Sitexploration services only during the subscription period. All subscriptions
will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period until cancelled
by you. You will not receive further notice of auto-renewal. Cancellation of Sitexploration
services has to be done before the new subscription period begins. By entering into
this Agreement, you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
Account upgrade
If you get more results than your current plan will allow you to see, you can easily
upgrade your account. Simple login to your account, click "upgrade", choose the
new plan, and your old will automatically be cancelled. You will receive a order
confirmation by e-mail when your upgrade is verified.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account (you must
be logged in to access this page). An email request to cancel your account is not
considered cancellation. All of your data will be immediately deleted from the Sitexploration
service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered. If you cancel your
subscription you may use your account access until the end of your current subscription
period. When your cancellation is registered you will receive a confirmation by
e-mail.
Jurisdiction
If there is any dispute arising out of the use of Sitexploration, our site and/or
our services, you agree that any such dispute shall be governed by the laws of Denmark.
