Domain report


The domain report is an important feature for your link building, because it gives you the total overview of you and your competitor’s domain(s), including redirect links and PageRank from Google.

Domain compare


Comparing two domains is a valuable feature. It makes you able to compare your own domain with your competitors. It helps you to focus on the domains you have used in your link building. The actual number of links you can compare is only limited by the current plan you are on.

Page report


The page report is important when you want to investigate the deep links for the domains. It shows you the complete link profile beyond 500 deep links. The report also helps you find and track links to non-existing pages, so you don't loose valuable linkjuice.

Anchor report


The anchor report is important for investigating the use of keywords. It gives you realtime data, without dead links, and stays above the entire domain spreading so you can secure not to overcook specific keywords. The anchor report can also show more than 500 links and pages.

Crawl-on-demand


You can use this feature to refresh your data in Sitexploration. Though, Siexploration also crawls by itself. By using the crawl-on-demand feature, you control a given crawler’s work pattern. You order the ZookaBot to crawl the url to revisit or discover the chosen domains link graph.

The crawl-on-demand 'behind the scenes' works by having three vic crawl containers that are running concurrently. You, the user, have your own dedicated container for the crawl-on-demands. The other two are dedicated to the system, where it periodically searches the internet for new links. Searches not finished on vic 2 after being there for 24 hours will be moved to vic 1. And if the page is not indexed by Google, then you should not expect links like these to send any linkjuice, and will therefore not be shown. Sitexploration removes them from our index and move them to an index cesspool.

The underlying technology


Sitexploration is part of the Centiverse sematic search engine, and Sitexploration gets its data from ZookaBot - former CentiverseBot. This Bot has been crawling for data since 2005, and is continously being tuned and perfected. The Bot is equipped with AI and memory footprints to aid decision making. The Zooka pumps data into Centiverses system repositories, where the data is indexed in semantic order. Sitexploration has full access to all indices, and is therefore more than just a back linking analysis tool.

Besides being able to use Sitexploration via its interface you have the possiblity of using its APIs. This way you can access and use all of Sitexploration's data. The amount of data is dependent on your account profil. See Sitexploration API for more information about the different APIs.
